Q. What about advertising?
A. We have a dedicated marketing team in place to ensure your brand is promoted with the highest standards, providing consistent, high-quality advertising that aligns with our company values and objectives.
Q. How much training is provided?
A. Urban Waxx provides you with a comprehensive training course which lasts approximately two weeks and will be split between classroom and on-the-job training. Once you are ready to open your store, an Urban Waxx representative will be sent to your location to assist you for the launch of your new location!
Q. What form of continuing support will I receive?
A. Our franchisees benefit from ongoing support designed to help them thrive. This includes Marketing and Advertising Support, Operational Guidance, Training and Development, Regular Check- ins and Performance Reviews: As our team continues to grow, we are committed to keeping you and your staff well-informed on everything essential for achieving success. Operating an established business with us means that everything is designed to stay streamlined and straightforward, allowing you to focus on growth and delivering excellence effortlessly.
Q. Will I have an exclusive territory?
A. Yes, each franchisee will be given their own “designated zone” in which no other Urban Waxx will be allowed to operate. The exclusive territory will be a radius of 3 miles around your store.
Q. What is the term of the franchise agreement?
A. The term of the Urban Waxx franchise agreement is ten years and renewable at an amount equal to $5000.

A. Urban Waxx is offering single franchises and area development agreements for the operation of multiple stores within an exclusive territory.
Q. How much does the franchise cost?
A. The total estimated investment for an Urban Waxx single franchise is approximately $207,000 - $584,000. Which includes the initial franchise fee of $50,000 as well as the start-up inventory. The franchise fee covers the cost of the initial training, opening assistance, operations manual, advertising and marketing services and other support for franchise development services.
Q. Is there a royalty or an on-going fee?
A. Yes, the continuing services or “royalty” fee is 5.5% of the monthly gross revenues derived from the franchised business. This fee entitles you to continued use of the Urban Waxx name, trademarks, and access to our unmatched franchisee support/benefit system which includes initial and on-going trainings, proven operating system, marketing assistance, lowest product costs and other benefits that come with being a part of the Urban Waxx organization.
